When you trust Guld with the keys to your property, we take the security of your property very seriously. If your home security alarm is activated, so too is our mobile patrol emergency response. An SIA approved security officer will be dispatched to your premises. Once there, a thorough external and internal check of your property will be undertaken.
In the event of a false alarm activation, the security officer will liaise with the alarm company and get your alarm reset, leaving your property only when it’s fully secured.
In the event of a serious incident, a Guld security officer will remain at your premises, liaise with emergency services, and make arrangements with any of our pre-vetted emergency contractors such as glaziers for broken windows, or locksmiths for damaged locks, if those services are required and approved by you. The security officer only leaves when your property is secure, or at your request.
And if you lose your keys or get locked out…
We’ll be there for you. No need for you to call a locksmith. Call us, answer some security questions correctly and we’ll send a member of our staff around to let you in.
In the case of an emergency, such as you decide that you’ll stay away overnight, or for another night and you’ve a pet at home, at your request, we can arrange for a friend or relative to gain entry to your property.
It is advisable to leave a spare key with a trusted family member, but if they’ve perhaps lost their copy, we can assist in times of need.
Commercial Keyholding
With additional manned security guards on hand, we’re in a position to protect your business during periods of high risk, such as during an operational maintenance shut-down of a factory, leaving it empty during the night, when it’s usually operational 24-hours. As keyholders to your property, we’re also your additional emergency security service provider with an alarmed response.
Network of Emergency Trades People
Should the worst happen and there be damage to the premises and you aren’t around, we do have agreements in place with numerous emergency contractors, such as local locksmiths with fast response times, and glaziers, all pre-vetted and at-the-ready to spring into action and secure your property.
Inspection Services
Should your property be empty for any amount of time, as your keyholder we can provide a security inspection service at your request at any time. Alarm responses aren’t all we do. We respond to what you need, so if you get a report that something’s not quite right at your premises, we have mobile patrol vehicles that will go around to check it out. Our SIA approved security guard will inspect the premises and give you a fully documented report of any incidents or non-incidents to keep you fully in the know.
Should suspicious activity be occurring, our vehicles are fully liveried and equipped with the latest CCTV image recording equipment, and obviously staffed with highly skilled security operatives.
